A one-night stander or something more ongoing... I have often wondered how men think. Many men just want a no strings attachment. How many others feel the opposite? To me i am looking for something ongoing that may lead to a relationship. I know this scares many men away and especially from me because they know i am looking for something lasting. One night stands just don't do anything for me...except leave me feeling empty and alone. Just wanted to throw this question out there and see the responses i get. Yes , before i got married i always tried to miss out on the one night stands . Meet someone get to know them and enjoy them . As for now it's like starting over and have been offered a few different options so will see what happens going forward .

I guess each person has their own viewpoint. Personally I think that if it's only a one nighter, why bother? Maybe I'm old fashioned but shouldn't there be some kind of relationship before sex? For me it makes it much more enjoyable. I want sex with someone I actually like and enjoy being around, whether just for a coffee, or a walk, or talking. It doesn't have to be a full blown romantic relationship leading to marriage, but it should at least be some kind of sustainable friendship, at least for me.

Personally, I would rather have a relationship than a one nighter. But I do have to admit, there is a certain thrill that you get with someone the first time you share your bodies with each other!

J, First time you meet with someone, first time you sleep with someone, it's always a one nighter. That thrill the first time 2 bodies touch each other can be so exciting, I'm sure you know that. If you get lucky there's a 2nd, 3rd, 200th. And if you're really lucky #201 is even more exciting than #1 was  D

One nighters are a 'take what you can get' kind of deal. They are not done with someone you would want to be with or it would be more than that. I can only speak for myself here but a LTR is better and what I hope to find. With someone who loves sex as much as I do. It is the giving of the good time that makes the other then respond with the same in kind and this continues so the fun never ends.

Hi Blueman. That was very kind of you to write those words on my blog. I guess most men on a sex site are looking to see how many notches on their belt they are able to acquire. But same goes for woman as well. Many dont want anything to do with a long term relationship so they sleep around. Well to me...i have more integrity than that.
