Cause and effect

I want to know the cause- that intangible need that is fueled by that which I have yet to understand.
Some call it desire, others call it obsession, MANY call it insanity, I choose to call it dysfunction based on lies.
Yet, I feel it, in all its forms, at one time or another, in all its names and wonder, who is to blame?
You have a place in its cause and you definitely are the effect.
