 Never thought of those as sex injuries (or at least a bit tame). A long time back as a medic, someone came in with a broken penis and a contusion in his left testicle. That must have been some rough sex. Next worst I saw was a man being rolled in on his stomach with a cucumber sticking out of his ass. The woman was following shouting "How do you like it"!
