Confessions
Confessions Is this a great country or what? Downloaded a confession app to my iphone a few days ago, and confessed some sins (not all of them, but a few). Got a response back from a nun telling me all was forgiven. Don't know why it was a nun, guess the priests were too busy counseling boys...but I digress. It got me to thinking...I have some more confessions to make. And I'm going to start right on this site. I've changed my age to my TRUE age...60. Don't know why I thought 56 sounded so much better. Changed my marital status from divorced to married. Once divorced once, almost again..but not. Does it matter? I'm here to observe, with no real plans to participate. Changed my hair color to salt and pepper...not brown any more. I wonder, why do we lie? What do we possibly hope it will gain us? Especially if it involves folks we supposedly care about. Don't know if you're guilty of it or not. White Lies, Black lies, Brown lies... I vow the only lie to tell from now on is "no hunny, it doesn't make your ass look big". Confess something today. You'll feel better. Peace is my sister. wgf And please...the name is Bob...not clit. watch [blog clitlick4you] |

I wonder, why do we lie? What do we possibly hope it will gain us? Especially if it involves folks we supposedly care about. People lie to protect themselves, typically due to their own selfishness. For me, lying about the little things is a huge red flag. If people lie about little things of no consequence, then there is no doubt they won't hesitate to lie about the things that really matter. Those are the type of people I avoid.

Guess it all depends on why you "fudge". I understand the protection mode. I've decided if I'm going to observe life (and comment on it) in this forum, I better be ready to observe and comment on ME too. BTW...how do I get my pic instead of a silhouette to show next to my responses like yours does? Peace is my sister. wgf And please...the name is Bob...not clit. watch [blog clitlick4you]
