We are basically roommates

At work there is a gal up front, shes cute shes funny shes witty and I'm pretty sure she has a kinky streak a mile wide. Don't ask me why but I call it an educated guess.

But there were two strikes against this, one I work with her and I am a manager. I will not ever shit where I eat.

Second, we were conversing and she mentioned that her and her husband are basically<b> roommates </font></b>due to his PTSD. Maybe it is fantastical thinking on my part that I really haven't had a pass made at me in a while. But am I wrong in thinking thats what she was kind of doing. Basiclly saying "Yes I am married but my needs aren't being met."

 Damn that just sucks Sharing an intimate detail like that with a co-worker could mean she's interested. Does she initiate any physical contact? Touching your arm, brushing up against you? You're her manager so she wouldn't risk that type of contact if she wasn't trying to send another message to you. But that's just my opinion

 I had a similar blog last year around the work Christmas party. There was this grad student. She was so perfect and I wanted to make out with her so bad in the coat check... but alas, not at work.

Your second paragraph is pretty much a moot point. You gotta go with the fact you work together. Sorry dude.
