An old saying is that men give love to get sex, and women give sex to get love. The truth is more complicated, as usual.

Men usually value sex very highly because too often the supply is constricted compared to their demanding sex drive. Women too seem to lack the positive feedback of a loving emotion because too often men are blocked at expressing the feelings they have but are not good at articulating...

 I don't believe in faking it. A real orgasm is much better than a fake one, and a real relationship is much better than a fake one. You need tohave the courage to request what you want and provide what your partner needs... Or have the courage to admit it is not working...
