Advantages of aging

I know most people are<b> obsessed </font></b>with youth and hate aging.

I am not so sure youth is so great. Most people look better at 25 than they will at 75, but there are advantages to aging.

Young people are more likely to have the joy of young with all the issues and expenses and worries about fairly helpless young dependent(s). Just feeding, cleaning and protecting a is a big job.

Most young people are not paid well compared to older ones too. Consider the joy of trying to buy a house while paying off student loans.

Many young folks are confused and trying to find a niche and role to play in life, love and the world. Older people know more about themselves and their role in the world.

And there are advantages to a poor memory, poor eyesight and less acute hearing.

I find dim illumination very helpful for that romantic impulse, as long as I do not have to read any fine print...
