Arming teachers?
Arming teachers? As usual the gun lovers think more guns are the solution. Does arming teachers make sense to kill crazed shooters menacing school and staff? What could go wrong? Do teachers have the skill set to shoot just the bad guy and not accidentally shoot a , staff or themselves under the stress of a shooting situation? What if a gun falls out of a holster or pocket and accidentally fires a bullet that kills or injures a ? What if a picks up the gun and plays with it and shoots another ? Sad story that a teacher was teaching a class and accidentally fired his gun, injuring two students. Lucky that no one seriously hurt. Still shows what can happen by accident even with training. Fewer guns around, fewer people get shot.
