Other healthy habits I am not a health researcher, but I believe some other healthy habits lead to better health and a happier longer life. Laughing. The most fun you can have clothed as Woody Allen said. Great release and elevates your mood. Try it often. Sex with orgasms. Getting there is half the fun. The other half is an orgasm, or better still many orgasms. When was the last time you heard of someone having a great orgasm and then killing himself? Not going to happen. Faith in the purpose of life. Religious<b> faith </font></b>helps, but also<b> faith </font></b>in the importance of one's chosen career. Helping people is rewarding. Having goals and ambitions helps give life meaning. Social networking and relationships. Having a supportive spouse and friends helps make one feel connection and human warmth. Better to be loved and loving than the Unabomber... Money. Poor people are stressed about life and not having good food and medical help. Stress and worry from financial problems cannot help one enjoy life. Avoid vexatious people. Some people are toxic, irritating and stress inducing. Avoid them. Enjoy your life.
