Cannot build a wall with military money

Trump is claiming he can steal money from the military budget to build a wall with Mexico. Not legally so. A long article detailed the reasons. In short, the budget authorizes certain use of funds. They cannot be legally diverted to other uses. If Trump tries to do so he will create many law suits and the courts will stop him.

I read money for a wall in 2001 is still tied up in courts over eminent domain issues and environmental issues. That is 18 years if you cannot do the math.

So far Trump has not gotten one inch of new wall or barriers built in two years plus of his administration. He has gotten some barbed wire added on top of existing wall and fences. Mexico has paid for none of this. More stupidity.
