observation
observation I'm still pretty new to this site, but I have been on long enough to notice something. Many of the TS profiles I've viewed essentially say, bisexuals need not apply. Everyone has a right to their prejudices. I don't mind much if I'm turned down because I'm too short, or too young, don't have a car, whatever. Those seem like reasonable, objective standards. When a girl says she is only looking for straight guys, no bi, she has already made a judgement about what a straight or bi person is supposed to be like. That kind of bothers me. For you girls out there who already have their minds made up about bisexuals, here is a little bit about me. I just got out of a three year relationship with a genetic/natural/whatever-the-accepted-term-is girl. Three years, I'm not going to go cry in the corner, if you don't let me touch you pecker when we make love. I don't care if you have one at all. My drink of choice is often black velvet straight from the bottle, mostly when I can't afford decent beer. I pay for my date, even if that means holding her back from the register with one hand and opening my wallet with the other. I like watching football, hockey, UFC, and boxing. Occasionally when I've had a little to drink, I challenge my Brothers or roommates to wrestle. I don't like shopping. I need a woman to tell me if my clothes match. I'm a huge slob when I don't expect company. I also like growing out my facial and body hair; I'd still be doing it if I didn't get more compliments from girls on campus when I shave. What else? Oh, I'm a libertarian and think states should be able to decide about gay marriage, but don't support it on a federal level. The federal government can go shove it, trying to decide where I can smoke, how much of my paycheck I get to keep, and what is right or wrong for everyone. It is most typical, people who've never met you, deciding what you are like, trying to treat you just like everyone else in your little group. Please do not be typical. |
