the journey continues for a thousand more A thousand memories, hopes and desires has been written since I came back to blogville about 14 months ago as travelguyoh, it was nice to come back again, it was nice to write again, and it was nice to share a part of me that most people didn’t know about. The hardest part “was not knowing” what I wanted to blog about, and I just starting talking about life in general, and at that time there was a lot to talk about. For those of you who have gotten to know me through both my blogs and in person, you know that I really don’t discuss my day to day life, but through some my writings; you took a journey with me through some ugly times and I want to update some of those. My cancer is in a good place…my six, twelve, and<b> eighteen </font></b>month pet scans are good and I am no longer taking the blood treatments. I even have a head full of thick hair back !!!!! My divorce is in my past and the only thing I want to say about it, “it was ugly, painful, and it didn’t have to be the way that it was”…My grandkids are in a stable home with people “who love them. And last but not least the bullshit threats, accusations and intimidation through the courts is over and behind me. I’m happy to say this chapter of my life is over and the pages have been turned. Let’s talk about some good things, the are in a good place, I’m back on the road doing what I do best “making a day to day difference in people lives”, while I’ve dated a few people “I’m not ready to settle down yet”, I still have a few people I want to meet and get the chance to know. Most of all I’m proud of me and the journey I’ve taken through both the good and the bad times…If I’m in your area and reach out to say hello and break the ice… take a chance on a cup of coffee or a drink… I really am one of the good guys… As the heading sez “the journey continues for a thousand more” My wish is that you can be part of that journey to finding some peace, love and respect along the path of life…My sincere hope is that you are in the company of those that love and care about you, be it friends, lovers or family…My light is always on and there’s cup of joe and great conversation waiting for those that venture over my way, wherever that may be… Peace & Love My Friends…jim some times the things that comes from between my ears makes me pause for reflection |

it was a tough road, but for every bad thing that happened something good came from the ashes...i don't see my past with anger and tears anymore, i look back with fondness and compassion that i came out of this a better person  some times the things that comes from between my ears makes me pause for reflection
