You could be wrong and swear you right, that phrase has a new meaning today, sometimes people think they have all the answers “when in all reality” all they really have “is a whole bunch of new questions”…



As I sit here at breakfast with my beagle and coffee, I can’t help but think that this has been a long weekend; my granddaughter had her last ballgame of the season on Thursday, she got two hits and stole third base, I am so proud of that little girl… Afterwards we got some ice cream and celebrated with the team, they finished third place in the standings and Gabby was awarded a medal for outstanding performance and hustle… How Cool Is That !!!

This weekend with the Rib & Jazz Fest has been pretty much a wash out with the rain and a couple of the storms had its moments with the wind, but today is supposed to be sunny and no rain, we’ll see what happens, if nothing else can be said, the food was awesome and the music was good when the acts got to perform, being a volunteer stage hand for this event has been a lot of fun, wet, humid, and at times even cold -but a lot fun none the less.

I went to a local Meet & Greet last night, it was the first one with the Ohio Group in almost 2 years… And to be honest, I had a lot of fun, I was very active with this group in a past life and I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew this was a demon that I had to face and I’m glad I did… I got to see some old faces and make a couple new friends… Life has a way of reminding you that while some things may never be the same again, something’s will never change.

I need to get in the shower and out the door, this is going to be a long day…I hope that you’re all doing well and in the company of those that love and care about you… Peace & Love

I had a really good time and it's always nice to see old friends and make a few new ones over a couple cold beers
