Strange Phenomenon

I don’t know how many people have experienced this phenomenon, or how it’s explained; what I do know is that I’ve always assumed that it only happened to me (I always assume that any strange occurrence that I go through is experienced only by me), and I was surprised when I saw this from one of my favorite writers.

Matter of fact, reading his postings got me engaged in an art that I had strayed from, and could not find my way back to.

This writers name is Chuck Lorre, Charlie Sheen’s nemesis, and his postings are always seen at the end of his shows often hilarious, and sometimes loaded with truth between the lines (which drove Charlie Sheen to the brink of madness).

Oh. The phenomenon: It’s when you feel your phone vibrating and you reach into your pocket, but there’s no phone. And sometimes this will happen a few times for the day.

I'm not a big "phone" person.
I have a cell phone that I use for long distance and emergencies only. Otherwise, it's turned off.
I can't understand the addiction to phone use nowadays.
How can ANYONE have that much to say?
I really think that most people are afraid to be alone with their own thoughts.

It's more than that; people seem to just be afraid of being alone, no matter how many others are around them; and it may have stemmed from everyone's fear of being left out. Every one wants to be part of 'it.'

My phone doesn't ring for weeks and I used to think that I was just imagining it ringing because it had been so long since the last time it rung.

I feel it even when the phone is not there; kinda nice to know I'm not the only one.

Happens to me all the time, I hear the ring tone feel the buzz, and sometimes I sit there willing it to do both... smiles, sad but true

Yea! Sometimes we think we're the only one being affected by these symptoms until we find out: "No. you're not that unique!"
