Ever been to your local indoor rock climbing centre? They have little plastic<b> nubs </font></b>on the wall for you to hang onto.

My youngest wanted to go, I took her and she had a blast. I even got in a workout and saw some people from my classes. I've been looking for a hobby, might this be it?

 done this once, got stuck at 7 feet, cuz i'm scared of heights LOL
