this title tripped on the international day/date line

this title tripped on the international day/date line i have been kind of sick for the last couple of days. i am terrible at being sick. i can't stand not doing stuff and after a while i just go crazy. i did however get to watch some soccer matches. (he reads while he watches them too) (just like most other tv) (unless it's a good game) i have favorite teams from just about every country which is wrong. This is one big advantage of being a clueless american. My worst transgression and the one i get the most shit about from the other people (massively limited number) i talk to this about is rooting for two london clubs. This is like rooting for the Hatfields and the Mccoys. My friends just look at me and shake their heads. i just laugh and say "typical knownothing yank asshole!" i actually have historical and friendship reasons for my sin. It also helps that i don't give a shit and am an asshole. The best part is the attempts to deny my team ballbreaking rights. "You have to pick one or the other mate". Bunny balls! i point out that i have american sports teams that are ass and have scarred me for life. That's enough as far as i'm concerned. In reality i am just the anti Manchester United. They sell a lot of shirts. To people who don't know shit about anything. When You try to talk to them You can watch their eyes<b> glaze </font></b>over. It's like europeans wearing yankees hats. You got maybe two in 10,000 who can even name a player. (we hope this was sufficiently boring) (if not we can do more) My shed door which survived hurricane sandy intact blew open last night. i kind of rigged it today but i am at least doing some house stuff here tomorrow sick or not. Might not be quite as ambitious depending but i will be bouncing off walls tomorrow. #2 came over last night to get his stuffing care package. He loves my stuffing. i think it's pretty pedestrian compared to other peoples but i guess it's comfort food for him or something. He's coming over tonight with the spare good hoodie that i got the spare for christmas last year. i was busting the spare's chops about this because this is the second warm one he's misplaced. i told him i appreciated him being easy to shop for every year but freezing his nads off until the day didn't seem like a good plan. |
