Average Time Before Meeting

So I'm wondering now what is the average time people wait before meeting someone. This is assuming you are "meeting" people and someone strikes your fancy, do you clamor to meet right away? wait some reasonable amount of time or play the long game?

And when I say meet here I mean out in a public place to get a better vibe from the person before meeting them someplace private.

I prefer to meet after a reasonable amount of time (talk for a few days then schedule a meet but like to keep it within week and no more than 2 or I grow a bit bored of the whole thing. Again this is someone I'm interested in meeting and we are located in the same area.

So give me your thoughts....

Sounds pretty reasonable. Family life should always take first place but I find everyone is different on here than they are in person...I think if you feel the possible connection you should pull the trigger or let the person know, hey, I'm not feeling it if they ask to schedule something....

I like to wear them down over a period of years. You know start with maybe flowers and cards for the first year and then move on to expensive jewellery for a year or maybe two.
The clincher is when I get into the fancy flights and vacations. You really need to send them around the world at least once before they notice you.

That is just me though. It sounds like what you do might work just as well.

There you go
That's all and none of it tragic.
