Instant messaging....

Greetings & happy holidays!
It had been a while since I have made a post, so I thought I'd do a<b> quickie.
</font></b>I thought I'd say a bit about instant messaging.
Sometimes, Like I'm sure with most folks, you turn on the IM and kind of let it go, keeping an occasional eye on it.
Had someone here the other day get a little flustered with me because I didn't see they were trying to contact me. I was folding laundry in the other room, and missed the message.
Nothing intentional, just didn't see it.
Maybe they should have a little button that you can press that sends a message that says you are away from your IM at the moment, and will be back with them shortly, or something like caller ID, that let's you know you missed a IM call.
Anyhow, seems like it would be useful.
other than that...., it's freaking cold! Man I'm not fond of cold weather.
I'm a summer kind of guy....., less clothes! : )
