Shit Hit the Fan Well, the shit hit the fan Friday! Let my store manager know that if the stupid, lazy bakery manager was staying (he was only supposed to be there a short time as a fill in for usual manager on specail assignment), I wasn't staying, would ask for a transfer to another store. I sited my reasons time n time again, not ordering<b> supplies </font></b>properly, under producing or not making any product on my days off. Their response was always, "He's new, still learning, will talk to him." It's been 7 months now, he should be past the learning stage n I shouldn't have to babysit him anymore, telling what to do! The last straw was while on my last day of vacation, the store called me at 2:30 AM, saying he wasn't there yet for 1 AM shift. A counter girl was trying to get things going (bless her heart!), but could I come in? I was still 130 miles away out of town, said I could be there in 6 hours, which would be too late to help anything! He did show up, at 4 AM, 3 hours late! They repeatedly tried calling him on both his phones n got no answer! Now, for the coup de grace, Monday when I returned to work, the shelves were empty!!!!! He did little of NOTHING! I took a picture of the mess I walked into, sent it to the store manager as proof, the reason I will not be staying if he remained as bakery manager! The picture shows shelves that should be at least half full, not with only 10 loaves of bread n devoid of hamburger n hot buns or rye breads! Hopefully so! I don't mind the mess n extra work! What I DO mind is our customers were not taken care of while I was gone! Like I said, managers were all smiles n chatting, which I take as good news for me! I really thought they would be upset n mad at me! Funny, I expected an ass chewing, but, instead managers were all in a good mood this AM, chatting with me n all smiles! HMMMMMMMM? Either they saw the "light" n don't want to lose me, or they are up to something. Rather think that they have resolved the issue! I'm NEVER shy about my passion for making sure our customers are taken care of, very outspoken about it! Without my "fans", which are many customers who LOVE my work, our department loses, as does the store! Romance her heart, tease her body, enjoy the company shared in bed n out!
