Frustration and bad weather settle in

Many e-mails and instant messages later, I'm left wondering what you need to do to meet other AFFers. (I should point out that I have met some but not as often as I'd like nor as recently). Are there really so many fakes? I think there probably are. But really, I know there are far more men on here than women but my profile is more than three words long, is relatively coherent and thoroughly honest; I have photographs; I know when to use a semi-colon (did you see that, did you?); I'm not abusive when I contact people.....

By the way, for all you sociologists getting data for your PhDs from sex contact sites: I don't think the lack of straight women on here in any way reflects a lack of interest in sex. If they aren't choosy, most women can get as much sex as they want without having to go on sites such as this. A good man may be hard to find but adequate men are two a penny every night of the week with a special offer on Sundays. It then takes a certain competitive confidence for a man to be successful. My hope is that some of those women who want something a bit different are on sites like FriendFinder-x (or more specifically, are on FriendFinder-x itself!). So far I have little data to back up this hare-brained and hormone-inspired hypothesis.
