In my life, and job I see so many that need a hand with items or just life itself. It's so heartening to see the smile they give you when you've done something that only takes a few minutes of time.

I often say ythis in supermarkets, especially to senior citizens who are appearing flustered because they can't find a favourite product or foodstuff... It's not unusual that I will actually hunt the item down for them if I'm not sure where it is kept. I'm only another customer being considerate. They are generally very grateful and pleasantly surprised that I've given them my time to help.

Big huggssss it Always warms my heart to see the younger generation giving up their seats on the train for us 'OLDER' folks hehe ouch! is that my knee just giving a Crank... HAHA Show your support in spreading AwarenessSurvivors & WARRIORS, we SALUTE you!

I've raised my daughter to be polite but it isn't easy to teach someone to think ahead that someone might need help. We all see the person with crutches or a walker but we don't all think about their need to open a door, carry a tray, etc. Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

There's rarely an excuse for bad manners. My parents drummed manners into me. My Mum would say manners would get me a job. They didn't but manners go a very long way in life.
