It is one of those days that makes me just feel good. Cartoons and funnies are high on my list. I had several days of rather contentious meetings with the Town Council about what turned out to be an unfair rate<b> hike. </font></b>I prevailed and it was significantly reduced . So chuckles and grins are in order. I think that the occasional time out for fun is always in order. Life has too much seriousity (my favorite non word). Do you ever checkout for some quiet fun time? If you do, what "flips your switch".
