+++ Spit or swallow?
I am always confused. When at a wine tasting event, what do you do? This time of year , here in New Jersey the wine makers have open houses and tasting events. There are so many vintages and types. Do you swallow the sample offered, or do the classic "swishy" to get the essence of the wine and spit in the provided receptacle? I do need advice on this subject .
I just realized, that title may have conjured up other ideas about this post. Do you think I did that deliberately?. If you like, we can certainly discuss other Spit or Swallow venues if you like

 Our place has many wine tasting events. Most of the time you swirl the great taste and the you spit it out. I like to taste it and normally swirl and drink. Hugs V

 If your at a Winery I have always tasted it and swallowed it, I just don't care for wine as it gives me headaches..

 I was always taught that spitting is rude. Extrapolate from there.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
