++ Breaking that fast.
I started the day yesterday with coffee yesterday (I hope that most did ). Now for what I consider to be the most important meal of the day! Breakfast of course. I learned many years ago as a on the farm, you need to start the day off with a full stomach, and through out my<b> military </font></b>career that was reinforced, because the timing of the other meals could be sketchy. It can be fun preparing it, because there is such a variety of foods and complexity of preparation can vary. And having someone help is good . Do you eat breakfast? If you do , is it important to the way your day goes? What is your preference for breakfast? The only thing that I avoid is oatmeal , I had so much of it as a ,

 Breakfast is very important meal of the day. I normally have coffee and yogurt in the morning. While camping I am making eggs and bacon. We had sausage yesterday just for a change. Hugs V

 Yesterday I did not get to enjoy breakfast, as a matter of fact we barely got to eat yesterday as we were extremely busy at the club. But right now Hubby is making breakfast, potatoes, eggs over easy and Linguica it's going to be so goodddddddd..I hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend..

 I eat breakfast every day .... just sometimes I eat it when everyone else is having lunch!
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!
