As many of you know, I am a bit of a coffee hog. And a bit of a snob also. I have had it made many different ways. Some ways are better than others. The one way that I particularly dislike is the big urn style that you commonly see at big events, I just don't like the flavor. I have found that my taste orients towards smaller amount brewing which really peaks my taste buds . Through out the world the methods vary and are quite interesting. If you are a coffee drinking , do you have a preferred method of preparation? While we are at it, is there a style of coffee you prefer to use? I am a medium roast guy. Non coffee drinkers, do you have a preferred morning beverage?

 Drip grind (or French Press), medium or dark roast, and just made (as it only gets worse as it sits on a heating device)! Thanks.

 I like going to a place that has lots of fresh beans form many countries so I can buy a bit of several and grind my own fresh daily. Presently I use a Cuisinart maker but I recall having and old fashioned glass knob percolator that made the best!

 Normally a lighter roast with some definite brightness to it, fresh beans ground the moment before, pour over style into a warmed cup. In the moment..

On a -very- rare day, maybe a little darker roast, with that touch of earthiness to it.

But Starbucks can go suck a sock...

 Happy Thursday Pal, I hope your day is a good one, and you know I have been making huge urn pots of coffee at the club and have gotten so many compliments on my coffee making skills. To bad I can't drink it, so I will stick to my hot cocoa when it cools down again..
