I saw a young lady going into a gym yesterday that brought this subject to mind. I think she is a body builder . I do admire the obvious commitment she has brought to her quest and I certainly am not trying to disparage what she is doing. I am just wondering about the practicalities of working to "bulk" ones body / muscle mass to what many may think as excessive. I know for a fact that I had several male "body builders" in my military units over the years. And to put it bluntly, they were useless when it came to mobility and flexibility needed in field conditions. Is that the same for all body builders? I can not say, that was just an observation. I want to emphasis, I am not trying to be negative towards their choices, it is something that I could never accomplish myself . My question (s) to you,, Is this body "shape" attractive to you (be it male or female)? Have you tried to "be that way"? Do you admire their commitment to this life style? Add anything that you like to this conversation

 I like the looks of the fit blonde in the fifth photo. She is not bulked up and does not appear to have had surgical enhancement. The rest, not so much.

 Some body builders have great bodies, and then some just don't look right to me. But I give them props for being such great athletes and keeping their bodies in great shape. I hope your Sunday treats you well..
