Tis the day, Saint Patrick's day . It seems to have become quite fun over the years . It has also been noted as "Feast of St. Patrick." A lovely excuse to relax and celebrate with your friends, no matter you ethnicity. "St. Patrickโ€™s Day kicks off a worldwide celebration also known as the Feast of St. Patrick. On March 17th, many will wear green in honor of the Irish and decorate with shamrocks. According to lore, the wearing of the green tradition dates back to a story written about St. Patrick in 1726. St. Patrick (c. AD 385โ€“461) used the shamrock to illustrate the Holy Trinity and worn green clothing. And while the story is unlikely to be true, many will revel in the Irish heritage and eat traditional Irish fare, too. ". There are a variety of things to do. My favorite has always been to consume beer with friends and when possible corn beef and cabbage meals. This year I will probably by pass activities. How about you? Active or dormant like me?  I miss the St. Patrick's meals my grandmother used to make. Not much happening here today. I hope you enjoy a great St. Patrick's Day with good food and family and friends..

 What I miss is going out with friends in Wisconsin to the bars and cutting lose. Nothing happing here tonight.
