May 11th, National Eat What You Want Day sets diets aside for a day of indulgence. Itโ€™s about having one day a year of eating with no regrets. Whether you love donuts or fast food, today is your day to gratify without feeling guilty. Chili cheese dogs, greasy hamburgers, french fries, potato chips, cake, cookies, candy, and ice cream are just a few of the things you can enjoy today without remorse. Decadent food is definitely on the menu today.
I don't think that I will celebrate this, but boy oh boy wouldn't it so cool if we could safely do it? Picking out those special foods would be fun, very naughty for sure. What items would you chose? Just go with the flow and make some choices. Here are a few of my choices.

 This day is so great, as you know I posted this yesterday to give everyone a heads up about today. This is the one day we can eat anything we want and not fell guilty about it. I am not sure what I want to eat yet. I hope you get to enjoy your favorite foods today..

 My goodness, a grand steak dinner, baked potato with butter and sour cream, and of course a nice wine. Then back to my diet tomorrow
