That RAK is Random Acts of Kindness. I always feel good whenever I can "RAK" someone or some people. It can be almost anything, big or small. Many people are totally unaware "it" is coming to them. Many are elderly , they are a big part of our backgrounds here. I think it is so good for society. Many of these folks are just a a time or place were a little something will make difference. A RAK is also a good sample of life for the<b> younger </font></b>folks, they enjoy to pleasure of helping and realize that it "costs" almost no time. Have you ever been the recipient of RAK? Do you conduct RAKs?

 I try to do random acts of kindness, which to me acts of kindness towards total strangers. My last act was to buy a sandwich and drink for a himeless person. I know it doesn't solve the problem but it's better than walking on by.
