That RAK is Random Acts of Kindness. I always feel good whenever I can "RAK" someone or some people. It can be almost anything, big or small. Many people are totally unaware "it" is coming to them. Many are elderly , they are a big part of our backgrounds here. I think it is so good for society. Many of these folks are just a time or place were a little something will make difference. A RAK is also a good sample of life for the<b> younger </font></b>folks, they enjoy the pleasure of helping and realize that it "costs" almost no time. Have you ever been the recipient of RAK? Do you conduct RAKs?

 I do RAKS when ever I can, as that's how I was raised to be. Always helping others in need. I know you are always doing RAKS yourself. I hope your enjoying a relaxing Sunday..
