Is it a quirk? What I mean, is it a societal "norm" for men and women to not trim or<b> shave </font></b>the pubic hair? I am not upset by a lady having pubic hair. Most times that I have seen it or experienced it was attractive. And conversely shaven or close trimming is attractive also. My question is, do you have a "requirement" for your partners pubic hair "condition" in your area ? Is there a overall requirement in society?

 As in about everything pleasurable in life, it's avoiding the extremes. Then again, it's a persons choice, and willingness or not to meet their lover's requirements? I dated a woman that blade shaved daily, and then complained about irritation and ingrown hairs. I think like a hedge in the garden, an occasional trimming back, both for men and women is almost required maintenance. I also dated a woman that wondered why so many men were reluctant to go down on her. If you think of those aluminum pan wash pads, you have her answer. I turned me shaving her bald on the edge of the tub into a sexual experience, with a sweet follow-up.  It doesn't really matter to me either, but keeping it trimmed is always nice to. Nothing worse than choking on a pubic hair in the middle of giving oral.
