I am watching the fall and winter approaching.I have stumbled back to exercise for the summer. It was a bit limited because of stand offs for the virus. I don't think that extended goofing off is good. I have found by luck some exercise equipment and had it set up. One of my FWBs is very interested in an exercise program and I am more than willing to accept . This is just one more change and variation that the virus is/ has caused. Have you experienced "troubles" in everyday life? Do you feel there will be any permenent changes?

 We haven't started walking again yet, but we really should. I have been doing exercises at home and I am loosing weight..yea!!! I think the virus is keeping many at home and working out there, and now with this new virus I just don't know what's going to happen next.

I hope your Monday is a great start to your week..

 Face masks every where you go. Will be around for ever. I have setup a gym at the house now since they closed off the gyms during cOVID. Life is changing. Do what you have too is the way I see it.Hugs V
