- There is always something nice to add to plain vanilla ice cream that will give it that added "crunch" or flavor; in your case, I can see exactly how that sweet that mix can be.

 Vanilla is the most purchased ice cream in the USA. Add a little nourbon barrel aged maple syrup - tough to top that one. My favorite is still grape nuts
