MY MUSCLES ARE TIGHT AND TAUT

BREATHING IS AT ONCE DEEP AND HARD

THEN SHALLOW AND PANTING

I AM SHAKING, TREMBLING

STRETCHED BEYOND WHAT I THOUGHT POSSIBLE

SWEAT BEADS ON MY BROW, UNDER MY BREASTS

RUNS DONW MY SIDES

SKIN SATINY WITH SWEAT

BUTT SQUEEZED, TIGHT ABS

BACK FLAT TO THE FLOOR- TO THE WALL

BUTT SQUEEZE, LIFT, HOLD, HOLD, HOLD,

EXHALE THROUGH PURSED LIPS

HEAD THROWN BACK

LIPS PARTED

LIDS LOWERED

VOICE HUSKY , RASPING

EXPLOSIVE EXHALE LEAVES ME

GASPING, PANTING

MUSCLES TIGHTENING ONCE AGAIN

AND HOLD, HOLD, HOLD

BREATH IN, EXHALE THROUGH PURSED LIPS

EXPLOSIVE EXHALE,

PANTING , GASPING...
