“Nude Dude Falls From Ceiling In Airport Bathroom” (or You Know You're Reading That One)

I didn't make this up.

“Nude Dude Falls From Ceiling In Airport Bathroom” is the title of an article on WND. Now, while I have no idea what this site is or how peculiarly warped their take on reality might be, this one caught my eye. Who didn't laugh when they read that title?

The article went on to say that a Boston man stands charged with attempted murder, mayhem, battery, and lewd and lascivious act for allegedly stripping naked, climbing into the ceiling of the woman's restroom, falling to the floor, and assaulting an elderly man at Logan Airport.

I scratched my head. In the ceiling of the woman's restroom and ends up assaulting an elderly man? Was the elderly man also in the restroom for some nefarious purpose? Was he called in when a woman heard something in the ceiling? I wondered and read on.

The man had removed his clothes, crawled up into the ceiling, fallen right back to the ground, suffered cuts to his head and body as a result of the floor, and run naked and bleeding out of the restroom. A twisted part of me laughed. It would be the strangest thing to see, and the picture in my mind was a rather funny one. Frat prank goes WRONG.

Of course I clicked on the full story.

CBS- Boston did not choose to treat the subject as playfully, to be certain. Their title was, “Police: Naked Suspect Assaults Elderly Man After Falling from Airport Bathroom Ceiling.” I wouldn't have read that, but WND already caught my eye. I need to follow this one to the close. I read on.

CBS- Boston did offer more light onto what fully unfolded to show that the man faced more serious charges than WND had suggested. The man not only assaulted the 84-year-old man but also assaulted a<b> police officer </font></b>in his attempt to escape. Both of these men, as well as the nude dude, required medical treatment. Add assault and battery of a<b> police officer </font></b>and destruction of property over $250, and you have the full nude dude prelude.

No. I couldn't resist it.
