frustrating injury

So, I sprained an ankle at work St. Patrick's Day, fairly badly...things popped when it rolled over. It's beautiful outside...and I can't yet walk more than a few paces without stabby pain as the ankle makes like Rice Krispies.
I'm just<b> whining...

 3 years later, after multiple trips to the work doc, finally went to see a podiatrist on my own, have something called sinus tarsi syndrome, with some sort of damage to the cartilage covering the talus. And finally getting treatment!
