Where's the hubby!!!! Another post, another dilemma.......Here's a recent response to a couple that only posts pics of the wife...... Hi you two, We are very selective too, Let me ask you a question. Been wanting to ask this when I see a profile like yours. I understand why people don't post "face" pics but why with couples especially couples over 50 you see all theses sexy pictures of the wife and none of the hubby. If you are looking for couples don't you think we want to know what the hubby looks like, at least some part of him? It makes me think your hiding something. With<b> older couples </font></b>its very common for the woman to look great at 50 something and the hubby looks like Archie Bunker. I think its important to show your colors especially if there's a big difference in age and looks. Best regards Jim Am I wrong to ask this?????? |

confused, is this an email you received, or one you sent.....cuz you only have photos of the wife on your profile. the challenge for all of us is how to state what we want in a respectful and non-offensive manner...if we received an email as above, we would take it offensively - hiding something? archie bunker, true colors....these for us at least, illicit the feeling that the sender is rude, judgmental, and shallow...where the physicality has a very high priority and why would we bother putting ourselves out there for someone to rate. this is obviously a growing issue for some, seen the term "no Beauty & the Beast types". having read your profile, there is nothing rude or mean spirited, so while you are not wrong to ensure compatibility, the challenge is to choose your words carefully less you be perceived as having the attitude of Archie Bunker.

Thanks for your well thought out response. I respectfully disagree with you. Our profiles are nothing more than "advertisements" banner of who we are and what we like. When it comes down to actually meeting and having sex with people it's the personalities that matter most. You cant put personalities here! This post is directed at folks here on FriendFinder-x. Really the best way to meet people is to go to local M&G's. There you can talk to people and look them in the eyes. At the end of the night we can just part ways or we might get a phone number. Here we think for this to work everyone has to play the game. We don't have personalities to go on. So the pics you post may save people some time, its okay to be picky about who you hook up with. We're not models, not even close. But I do post pictures of me, 4 as a matter of fact and one of us together. You don't see my face but you see my arm, my leg, my belly, my crotch. You can see that I'm not super over weight, you can see that Im not hairy, you can see that I'm brown. I already say I have an average cock and that we both have some extra pounds in the body of our profile. Rude, judgmental and shallow, I take issue whit that. Who's being judgmental here? The "Archie" reference was for his looks only and had nothing to do with his politics. So tell me why is it okay to be attracted to a hot mature lady and be good with my wife being with her "Archie Bunker" looking husband? I just think people should put out there what they are. And guess what, I spend more time chatting on here than most and when ever I hit up older couples that only post pic of there wife for picture of the hubby the guys look like Archie Bunker. Or at least some variation. Best regards.
