 Simple..Don;t do the bait and switch.......Prentend to be nice then be an ASS after you meet, X+Cuz all you men think We are here to get laid tonite as the poor advertising states..

Dont chat with someone for weeks then meet, then vanish, like a high school shit head...

 No advice for the bait 'n switch shenanigans, but I recommend that if he doesn't ask you to meet after a couple of chats, or agree to meet if you suggest meeting soon, stop chatting with him at all. He just wants attention and ego strokes. Good luck. All this game playing gets old.
