How do you deal with anger?
So peeps, share a bit... What and how do you deal with anger?
I had a beef with someone and now its bugging me. Esp if you previously slept with that person.
Ignore the person
Let it out
Abuse
Keep silent
Go out and settle for a drink or two
Have angry sex
Walkaway n say bye bye
Explain your self n make peace.
