My Own First Scammer

If you've read my blog, you know that I'm no stranger to scammers, having dealt with the African ones who stole all of my father's savings. However, today is the first time I've encountered a scammer on a dating site. In all fairness, it's surprising it took this long. I'd sent a note to a woman who seemed interesting; she was neither 27 nor out of my league. In fact, she wasn't as attractive as most of the women I've dated. Her response was that she's out of sorts due to a migraine and $65 short to buy the meds. "Feel like death is so bad."

It's funny, because the tactic is the total opposite from what would work on me, if anything really could motivate me to send some unknown chick money. Even if I were completely clueless about scams, I still wouldn't have sent her money due to her behavior being a complete turnoff.

Regular readers know I can't just ignore a scammer and not fuck with them. I just sent her a note, stringing her along, the intent being to see how much energy I can suck out of her. Perhaps the next will be an offer to share some of my (non-existent) migraine meds if she comes over, ready for a gang bang, once they kick in.

Update: I just received a 'thanks' as a response to my 'gee, I hope you feel better; we can talk when you're back up to speed'. Bummer...do you know how much I lack entertainment being unemployed?

The "fenales" have invaded the chatrooms now.......One woman, 52, gold membership, comes in the other day. Starts on about being new on the site. Her next sentence " Be easier to communicated by message, just send me one, and even easier if you will send send me your email address and number." One long time chatter was quick on the reply, "I'll make it even easier, want my bank account number?"

Her profile was turned off, so I'm wondering how she thought anyone was going to send her anything.

Offer to perform a crainiotomy on her, for free, since you are a leading neurosurgeon!

Creo que le hubieras contestado que la actividad sexual quita la migraña sin medicamentos, además de que si es verdad.

This would be a good reply but go with brain surgeon because word like crainiotomy and neurosurgeon might give her a headache

When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

The plan was to head in that direction for sure, using my unmatched talent for making even scammers recoil in disgust.

I'm genuinely curious what her deal is. Was the person in the photos (properly filtered, like all other women's these days, to where you wonder if your glasses need to be replaced) the same one who sent me the notes? If so, is she really dating or just trolling? Is there a scammer's handbook that pointed to $65 as the optimum figure for success via initial email?

I have questions, dammit!

Some extra strength Tylenol and a 20 oz Coke is an effective migraine reliever ... saves you 90%!

Thanks for emu eyelid info. I love stuff like that.

Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

This website is FAKE. There are no actual PEOPLE in this. I don't know where they get all the pictures from, but nobody meets anybody here - it's all a SCAM.

I only had a few here. Every I got a few of my off-site email address. All from young beautiful women mostly from Russia. Sometimes I ask how did they get my email address. They answer with a marriage agency or a dating site. I asked for the name and I then say I'm not at those that site. Just yesterday I got two I hit on reply and send it with no reply. Heard back from one saying it was nice to hear from me. Said some more about herself in about me. I replied with blank again.

Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth.

If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

It would have been much more interesting, had she (?) actually led me on first, versus saying she needed $65 out of the gate. I'm guessing it was the old little effort for little reward play.

What I've found from dealing with the African scammers who scammed my father is that in general, they're not too bright. You can read about them in some previous entries, but the TLDR is to anyone who has their wits about them, every communication screamed scam.

I began using a random gibberish generator for replies to the 'online mistresses'. Had to give them credit because they eventually figured it out and we launched into an all out gibberish war.

Lala, you offend me with your accusations of having a prefab source of odd animal facts to draw upon. I'll have you know I put effort into maximizing entertainment value with each fact I share. In fact, it's become part of my thought process when finishing up an entry.

First, I identify an animal, based upon its prima facie comedic value. Axolotls, wombats, Tasmanian devils, emus, are all oddities in the animal kingdom with fun names. You may notice the last three are all inhabitants of Australia; there's some odd shit on that island.

From there, I dig for facts about them and choose the ones I think readers will find interesting. Once I've shared what I consider the most interesting facts, I move on to another animal. I'm concerned the whole thing is unsustainable, long term. There are only so many goldmines like axolotls in the world.
