between assertiveness and surrender

There is an area between assertiveness and surrender that is like being on the edge of a knife. Those of us whose public persona is confidence and decisiveness have a hard time giving in to someone who can't measure up. Those whose<b> skills </font></b>are in negotiation and compromise need an instinctive sense of when to shut that down and simply take control.

I love being with an intelligent, confident woman. I want not only to be turned on by her sexuality, but excited by her intellect, her ideas, and her composure. And I savor the moment when the alpha woman surrenders.

My expertise is human relations and communication. I know how to compromise to get what I need, and I know how to please. But when I am with a woman, I take exactly what I want, and I can make her very happy while I do so.
