"9 to 5"
"9 to 5" When we are young, our parents took care of us. We go to school for 13 years. Kindergarten to 12th, or more if you failed a grade. When your 18, many of us go to college, or trade school to have a skill, but eventually we might have to get into the work force. this is when we get our "9 to 5", or "7 to 3" or whatever hours we work. But there are those who don't believe in working for a company. They might say, why should I pay taxes? I can get cash and every penny is mines! Sound like a win-win but is it? I had two uncles, one was a photographer, he had talent and at one-time he had his own business. But with taxes and cost of the building, he shut down. He now did jobs and got paid cash for them. My other uncle has charisma! he was well liked. He had a degree, and could play the Organ and Piano, a great musician! His problem was , he didn't like to work! He have two , got divorced, so when he filed taxes, they took it for his support. Over the years he has people that took care of him. he'll play music for churches and got paid cash too. They both had fun at that time, growing up I envied them! They came and went as they pleased. Seen like they had it made. Years later, I knew a man in his early 50s, who followed in my uncles' footsteps. he has a skill and got paid cash too. But there's was time when business was slow, he was broke. he lived with several different people over the years. To me he was always broke as hell! poor dude. When business was good, he bragged about the money he had. He drove a beat up car. He probably could had use a few pairs of new slacks. I can image how bad his underwear was. On Sunday nights when most of us, go to bed and get rest for the work week. He was at the bar, trying to find some lady to have sex with. At this time, he was in his early 50s. But over the years, he had a bad back, no insurance, when I seen him years later , he was still driving the same car, and look like we was wearing the same slacks. But the strangest thing happened. All 3 of them got old! this man was now 62, and he tried to get social security, but he didn't work 40 quarters or 10 years, and there was nothing in the pot. Same thing for one of my uncles, no money in the pot. But one of my uncles got social security but it was only $379.00 a month. I know we might hate our job, but we got work somewhere! Every check we invest in ourselves with FICA. (Social security). You might not want to work forever, but work 10 years, work a "9 to 5" somewhere. Fun facts Nearly 80% of American workers are dissatisfied with their jobs. Before the age of 40, Americans hold between seven to eight different jobs.: |

Great read my friend and I believe in order to be happy in your job you must find a job that makes you happy. And the government they are always going to take more from us no matter what. And everyone who owes child support should pay it. My ex quit every job he had as soon as child support found out where he was working. Hell he even died still owing me money!!! I hope you have a great week ahead my friend..
