"Rainy days and Mondays always get me down".

"Rainy days and Mondays always get me down". Today is Monday for a brief time we got rain. I started to think, for being depressed at time, you want the rain! For it it raining, you don't have to go outside. You have an excuse for not going to the BBQ or going anywhere. The rain was you alibi, you didn't have to cut the grass, or any outdoor work. Then sometimes, you can use the rain for and excuse to sleep. The best sleep I have is, when it's raining. You, look at rain as you friend, fot it get you out of socializing. It your excuse to be a social misfit, so sad! Life is too short as it is, you might miss out on something amazing! You might meet the person you always wanted, and the person that wants you, you would never know, for you have the rain as your alibi, to feed into the darkness. Embrace the rain, the BBQ might still be happening, but delayed, a little water no going to kill you. Let's talk about Mondays ! Monday is the most called in day of the week! It got so bad, that my manager don't want no one to call in on Mondays. If you want a Monday off, you have to request it two weeks in advance. Mondays, in the only day you have to have a note for missing work. I had my share of fears on Mondays. For I never know what lie's ahead. I was scared of the Unknown! I literly had the shakes on Monday. If I did come in and Monday was a good day. I embraced the rest of the week. If it when bad, I would be waiting for something bad to happen for the rest of the week. I know this sucks! The stress I put myself through. I'm retired and Today is Monday. I have a new outlook! "I don't be scared of what might happen, I think of what could happen"!           |

The rain, to me it was a way out from being sociable, now I'm retired, I don't mind Mondays. Thanks for stopping by.!

Im a rain person. I love walking in it, feeling it and i normally dont let it stop me unless its raining elephants and hippos outside! Mondays never bothered me since most jobs i had involved a flexible schedule. But for odd reason Fridays did. Lol

That is a great song my friend not everyone enjoys the rain, but me I love the rain, even though we hardly get any here, which really sucks as we really need it. I hope you enjoy an awesome Monday my friend..

Strange, being Monday and a little rain, help me do this blog. It was easy for I loved the song "Rainy days and Mondays" for I was a Carpenter's fan. After all these years, I still miss Karen!
