Sign of the times...

Years ago, when I first tried my hand at FriendFinder-x, it was at a time when craigslist had become very strange. It was a simple time where boy saw girl, boy lusted for girl, girl responded that she was interested, and boy and girl fucked as if there was no tomorrow. Ah, the simple times...

At the same time, I used sites like match.com and a few others. That was were one went through the motions of seeking a relationship. This one went like this... Boy post lengthy profile, boy then searches through many, many profiles (skimming through the profile, but focusing on the pictures), boy emails (or flirts, winks or whatever) to catch the attention of girl, girl responds and after a long process to determine the "relationship" factor, girl allows boy to take her on a date. Despite the notion of relationship, girl usually lets boy get to second or third base, and then allow for a couple of other times to date. Girl finally finishes with fucking boy brains out, and then say that she wasn't really interested in long a LTR.

So what am I missing... I get the winks, hotlists, etc. and yet besides a visual eye tease, there is never any go forward. Would anyone care to enlighten me?
