Exercise After 60


Take two 5 lb potato sacks, one in each hand. Lift them straight out to the side, not above the shoulders. Repeat until you can hold them out at arm's length for several minutes at a time.

Replace the two 5 lb potato sacks with two 10 lb potato sacks and repeat the exercise until you can hold the two 10 lb potato sacks at arm's length for several minutes.

Repeat this activity using 25 lb, 50 lb and then 100 lb potato sacks.

Once you have achieved the ability to pick up and carry the two 100 lb potato sacks with relative ease, begin adding potatoes to the sacks.

Ha ha ha...very good. I much prefer lifting bags of potato chips.
