Summertime blues and an endless ramble

Not the song, though I guess that is a catchy tune, but the moment you realize the summer is going far to quickly and your not going to achieve everything you had planned.

And what was that you might ask? We'll, fair reader, there was lots of work stuff but who cares about that! No I'm talking about the good stuff like multiple orgasms and good wholesome dirty minded stuff.

I had my mind set on getting back to writing again. I have lots of stories pencilled out. One is titled "the touch" it's about the hand that caresses your back as you walk past you're lover. It moves on from there . I also have the two serials I've been writing that need new chapters. And another one about a heck of a hot night that includes a hot event coordinator and a wine cellar. The guests never guessed why his smile was so big!

So that's the bummer. I need a few days at home alone to get stuff done! Hehe and not keep getting distracted by all the wonderful friends here. Though they are a hell of a lot of fun. If I could ever convince anyone to join me for a one on one writing session, that might also be fun! We might have to blog a his and her viewpoint of "writing" a story.

I've also become<b> obsessed </font></b>with the differences in sex drive. I can't believe that there are so many people with so little drive. I read an article that was describing a couple who we're having issues with the differences in their drives. He wanted more sex and she wasn't interested. The article went on to say they were only having sex twice a week. I think I laughed out loud. Shit I'd be in heaven if I got it that often these days. In the article the dude was surfing porn and the woman was upset by that. (And while I'm doing the he she thing, I realize these could easily be reversed). The comments on the article were classic, essentially telling the partner with the low sex drive to get over the porn and be thankful he was taking into his own hands so to speak.

As a guy that would have sex twice a day if I could living in a situation where sex twice a year is the norm, I have to say I agree with the comments. Sure I want more sex. But I love my life, and so that means living with the fact that I'll be left to my own devices more often than not. I deal with it. I think the issues in relationships are NEVER just the lack of sex or related problems. You have to have other issues to use sex as an excuse.

That isn't to say that I don't have a fantasy about sneaking a book onto my wife's ereader that is so hot and steamy she wants to jump me every night. But the book can't be obvious she's not going to to fall for a book with a smutty cover or the obvious "fifty shades of grey". I remember having a great night when she read one of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo books. But damned if I could figure out which scene got her so hot when I read them. I keep dreaming it was the bisexual moments. Hehe.
