No Call No Show

No Call No Show So I thought I was going to have a date for a meet and greet with a (what I thought) nice young lady in Corpus. We emails and finalized the meeting location and as the time date got closer I notice she wasn't responding to the emails even though the system showed she was on line. I figured she was busy and din't want to disturb her. On the date of my travel down there I saw she was on line and tried again, no response, so wtf? I arrived at the location we agreed and waited. She was a NO SHOW and has never called back so a<b> wasted </font></b>nite in a city I wasn't crazy about traveling to only because I had to for my work. Well she'll be dropped from my list and I'll email the rest of her top fans to don't waste anymore points on her because she's not real. I learned a hard lesson this week and I won't let my guard down ever again. Happy Holidays |

Bummer..!! Word to the wise.. if they stop emailing.. they lost interest..  Looking forward to a good year ahead!! Stars_light4U

I see that is common here. I know you can't name names, but....some of that crap may end if it was broadcast . If they are not in communication the day of the meet, I would not even venture out. It used to be a surprise if they stood you up, on this site, it's a surprise if they show. The good thing is they show their lack of character up front so you can avoid dealing with sorry ass later on.

I have had that happen to me only twice in 4 years here. I wait the customary 30 minutes and if no call or no show within that time frame I leave then go home and block them from contact. ALL contact to include Y mail, cell phone contact, FriendFinder-x profile etc. Also I NEVER give my home address or even my last name until I have met with him in person in a public place. That way I can't be traced after I have blocked him completely. One of the guys created a new profile here about 6 months after our "date" that he never showed up to. His message to me was "Hey, remember me?" I let him have it with both feet and told him exactly what my opinion was of him and he better never EVER contact me again. Of course I blocked the new profile as well....sometimes by doing that a louder statement is made! Sorry that happened to you. Personally I would never be able to do that; I am a woman of my word and always say what I will do and then do what I say. It is called "class and integrity." Best of luck, and keep trying. Thanks Sue, you think on a Saturday in the am you see them on and message them but never heard back. I know FriendFinder-x system has gone though some changes but I normally get replies back pretty quickly but that day was no response and should have known better. Cheers
