wonder why?

well it's back to Australia and back to work. my (very) short trip to Malaysia didn't bring any of the entertainment I was hoping for, had quite positive and ongoing chats with a couple of ladies from FriendFinder-x, but when I arrived...no response...even the<b> mobile </font></b>number I was given brought back an automated 'number disconnected' message.
so the question is why respond?
oh I realise that there are occasions where plans get waylaid, hubby or boyfriend didn't go out as planned, that type of thing but to give a phone number that has been dis-connected...?
anyway, I had an enjoyable evening in Penang, being the tourist for a change, wet? oh yeah! it rained for days (middle of the wet season...duh) but it was nice to catch up with old friends.
so, was the side trip disappointing? kind've, well no not really.
was there any fun? well yeah bit not in a carnal way.
so to sum up, really, it was just another day in the life....
