Two people who get together for mutual pleasure without any attachments.

Two people who can spend time watching a movie, going out for food, going out dancing... and whether or not sex is involved they both have a good time. No obligation to spend all their time together. No pressure to have to be together.

FWB is two people who mutually agree that they stay friends, but can smash when they feel like getting it on without emotional attachments. The problem is...eventually one of them does get emotionally attached over time, and thus it gets out of hand. Who can you call on to save the day? Why none other than... Agent

What do you think it means to you? I'll tell you what it means to me: It's NOT friends first. [as anyone might assume from the acronym]. Always!! Always, sex first. So that means your usual fwb is someone you've "Dated" [had sex with] before, but decided to keep your encounters between you, casual. No itinerary in mind to become serious together. This is a person you can turn to [for sex] when you want sex, providing they are not involved with someone at the time.

It should be different to NSA or fuck buddy, as it has been pointed out here, there is an element of friendship in that they can go see a film or stay in together and binge on a box set without sleeping together all the time. There are strings and emotions attached to this Clearly, many who claim to want FWB actualy want a fuck buddy.

Being someone's friend. Chatting, flirting, bouncing ideas off of, asking questions, and hanging out with the extra benefit that you can both provide sexual pleasure to the other without being anything more than friends.
