Whirlwind So, the past couple weeks have been quite busy and quite eventful for us, so we thought we would catch things up here, in case there is anyone out there who reads this. Two weeks ago, a couple from Spokane, which we have been getting to know pretty well and have visited with in the past while we were in their area, drove down to Idaho Falls to visit us for a weekend. This is a couple (D&D) that is just starting to venture into the lifestyle who we feel like we have been mentoring along the way and helping them to have positive experiences in the hopes they will be able to enjoy the benefits this lifestyle has to offer. It just so happened that the weekend they chose to visit was the weekend that we were having a house party, so they also got to attend their first house party, which went quite well. At the end of the night, there was another couple (J&A) that had developed quite an interest in D&D so they stuck around for some additional playtime. So the 6 of us engaged in some sexy fun. D&D still being new to all of this didn't quite feel ready to fully engage in swapping, but everyone still had a great time. In the middle of August we are going to take my to college at WSU and from there we will drive to Spokane to spend some additional time with D&D. Maybe this time they will be ready for some<b> swapping </font></b>to break their virgin swinger's cherry. However, if they still aren't quite prepared for that, we will still enjoy our time with them and will not pressure them in any way because that would be totally counter-productive for them and is against what we stand for. The weekend after that we held our monthly Meet & Greet, but we decided to try something a little different this time. Instead of going out and hanging out at a bar, we wanted to take advantage of the wonderful summer weather in Southeast Idaho by having a cookout at one of the many local parks here in Idaho Falls. Since most everyone is also taking advantage of summer in various ways and because we were doing something a little different this time, I wasn't expecting a very good turnout. We didn't have nearly the number of people show up for this one, but we did a few more than I was expecting and we did get some new faces to show up, including one couple that is new to the lifestyle and one couple that is not new to the lifestyle, but new to the area and new to our group. It is always nice to see new faces and we hope to be able to continue doing that. During the Meet & Greet, we got a chance to sit down with the Moderator of our group who told us that he was going to be moving to Boise in the week following the event, which was a month sooner than we had anticipated. We wish him well on his transition and will continue to help support him with the East Idaho Group. Speaking of groups here on FriendFinder-x, just before the Meet & Greet, we learned that the Moderator of the "Idaho Swingers R Us" group, Rednkgrll (commonly referred to as Red), had decided to leave the lifestyle and turn over the group she had created in 2009 that has turned into one of the most successful and most active groups on FriendFinder-x. As a result of some ongoing health issues with her husband and some family issues, they decided it was time for them to step down and away from things for at least a while until things got better for them where they could devote the time and attention they felt the group and the lifestyle deserved. We know a LOT of people will miss them, including us. She turned her group over to another couple that we are not that familiar with and didn't know, so we attempted to make contact with them to let them know we would love to support them and work with them as Associate Moderators of the East Idaho Group. After a couple days, she told us that her being Moderator was only temporary until she and Red found someone more permanent to take over the group. During their conversations on the matter, Red mentioned that she thought we would be a good fit to take up the reigns and continue the work that she had started. After a brief pause to consider if we were really up to the task of keeping her group going, we decided to just go for it and accepted the position as Moderators of the Idaho Swingers R Us group. We really do hope that we will be able to do as good of a job as Red did and make her proud. We another 2 weeks, or so, until my goes off to her second year of college. This year will be a bit different than last year because she will be much farther away at Washington State University in Pullman, WA rather than Idaho State University in Pocatello, ID. However, with her not being able to come home every weekend, we should have more availability for playtime, so that could be a bit of a silver lining to that cloud, which is good because there is a couple in Elko, NV that we are getting to know and are clicking with quite well so far. So there you go. That is our update on what is going on in the continuing adventures of NastyandtheNuke.
